Our vetting process focuses on full stack javascript knowledge. This ensures that our team has architectual and tooling expertise in this niche ecosystem. We also consider workplace soft skills equally important and all candidates are evaluated in this area.

First Interview

This quick 15 minute one-on-one interview gives us a chance to learn about the candidate's work experience. We don't ask deep technical questions here, we're really more interested in their work history and portfolio projects related to fullstack javascript development. We also use this opportunity to assess the candidate's level of english.

Technical Assessment

Candidates are given access to a sample project. Requirements detailing various feature requests are provided. We ask candidates to setup the sample project in their local development environemnt, review the feature requirements, and respond with a estimated timeframe for completion. If their estimate is acceptable they are notified to proceed and will be paid for their time.

2 Part Technical Review

1. The review process starts with a peer review of the code. Any potential issues are noted and feedback is given to the candidate.

2. We schedule a screen sharing session with the candidate so they can perform a live demo of the features and answer any questions from stakeholders.

Final Interviews

At this stage we assess candidate's deeper technical, management, and communication skills as well as their work attitude. Finally we learn about the candidate's career goals and determine if we have a match.
